- Arrange in a greased baking tray with 1 inch gap & keep covered for at least 20 mins for second proofing. Preheat the oven at 190°C..
- Now brush the buns with some milk to avoid them drying out during baking & bake for 30 mins or till buns look golden brown..
- Now brush all the buns with butter & keep covered for 5-10 mins before serving..
- Serve hot with extra Bhaji, onion & a slice lemon..
