  6. Take a deep pan, add sugar and on top keep the gooseberry and stir slowly in medium flame.
  7. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook until one string consistency.
  8. Add cardamon powder and let it cool completely..
  9. Once cool cover with lid and keep for 3 days.
  10. Then store it in a glass jar and have two fruits daily and stay healthy.
