  3. Tie the cloth and hang for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Churn the chhena in a mixi then make it smooth with help of the palm, make small balls.
  5. Boil sugar and water to make chashni.
  6. When boiling starts add the chhena balls in it, cover and cook on a low medium flame for 20 minutes,it will swell up.
  7. Let it cool sprinkle rose essence/ rose water, Ready to eat.
