  1. Boil milk then squeeze lemon juice & curdle the milk.
  2. After curdling milk drain all excess water & squeeze the panner in a muslin cloth & hang for 2/3 hour by this step all extra water from paneer will remove.
  3. Take paneer put it in a mixi, add condensed milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and milk. and make a smooth batter.
  4. Take a deep pan, add 2 glass of water, put a rack in it so you can put your baking tin on it..
  5. Grease the baking tin with clarified butter then pour half of paneer batter on it.
  6. Now put that tin on your prepared steamed pan cover with lid & steam for 10 mins.
  7. Meanwhile add some food colour in leftover batter, and after that 10minute, pour this batter on to that steamed tin, and make a colored layer.
  8. Now steam it again for another 30mins, you can check it as it is properly steamed or not with a tooth pick, if it staked out clearly then your paneer cake is ready.
  9. Leave it for some time after cooling then flip the paneer cake on a plate.
  10. Now put the cake in freeze & serve it cool.
