- Take a pane pour some oil in it now add chopped onions in iy and fry until turns pink...

- Now add all sauces and 3tbsp chilli garlic sauce in in it mix it and set aside.
- Now heat the oil in a pane and deep fry the fries for 5 min half done.
- Now took them out and let them cool again fry them untill golden.
- Now take a baking dish make a layer of prepared mince spread some ketchup and chill garlic sauce on it.
- Now cover the mince with fries spread cheddar and mozzarella cheese on it.
- Garnish with capsicum and onion rings and olive.
- Now bake it in pre heated oven for 20 minutes at 180temp.
- Or bake it in stove oven.... Take a deep pateela and heat it for 10 min now put a stand in it and place dish on stand and leave for 25 mint check it if cheese is Ready and gets good color take it out.
